SELF-CONTAINED UNITS
Upstairs Suite - Queen bed, en suite bathroom, small refrigerator, microwave, cable TV, A/C. This charming garret under the eaves at the top of the house is unique, has 2 skylights, and 3 windows with views of the city.
Spring Rate Per Night - $250
Downstairs Apartment - One-bedroom apartment with private entrance, queen bed, private bathroom, new kitchen, fireplace, direct access to garden, cable TV, VCR, and A/C. Sofa bed in living room.
Downstairs Apartment is rented for stays of three months to one year only.

A 25% deposit may be necessary with your reservation.
A deposit, if one is necessary, is fully refundable if cancellation notice is received 10 days prior to arrival date.
